We can resolve your chronic or recurrent injuries and prevent further injuries.
How an Appointment Goes
When you come in, our physiotherapist will ask you some questions about your injury, pain or disorder. This will help establish what the causes may be and get a better understanding of exactly what the impairment is and what path to take in treating it. We then assess your movement quality and strength. Once we have a firm understanding of your physical condition, we will get to work treating the area or areas, contributing to the pain.
This will be done using a combination of proven techniques. Each individual appointment will go differently according to the patient, their physical abilities and needs. After each appointment (if more than one is required) your physiotherapist will advise you on how to manage and care for your injury to prevent ongoing pain or further complications.
Our personal and hands-on approach, gives us the edge over our competitors. We won't leave you on machines – it's your appointment, we will be there 100% of the time.
